• What should I wear?

  • MEN should wear loose fitting comfortable sweatpants or shorts and shirt, comparable to what you would wear to the gym

  • WOMEN should wear tights, yoga pants, or shorts, comparable of attire that you would wear to the gym. 

• Are children welcome?

  • Children are welcome and encouraged to participate in classes. The class is family friendly.

• What if its my first time?

  • Classes are catered to all levels, including first timers. View our class schedule to make your first experience a great one.

• What is the normal pricing?

  • $10 for adults (Class Discount Cards Available)

  • FREE for Children under the age of 6

• Can I drum for the class?

  • Proficient drummers who have taken class, or have adequate experience (as determined by the class facilitator) may be allowed to play for the class.
